Granbury TX Hosts Theatre Presentation of Willie the Kid
On October 26th, and 27th, the Nutt House Hotel will be hosting a dinner theater production you won’t want to miss! “Willie the Kid” is a silly melodrama that will allow the audience to boo and hiss at the villain, as well as, leave you in tears from the crazy antics of the characters! The Nutt House is located right on the Granbury Square and only 2 blocks from our Granbury Texas Bed and Breakfast.
This Lake Granbury TX area hotel was started when two blind brothers, Jesse and Jacob Nutt, established a small mercantile business in 1893. Both brothers became blind in their early childhood, therefore, their youngest brother, David, served as their “eyes.” The Texas State Historical Society named the Nutt House a cultural and historical landmark in 1968.
Mary Lou’s Dinner Palace Theatre started earlier this year and has successfully provided comedies, musicals, murder mysteries, stand-up comedy acts, and all sorts of musical entertainment. Come out and enjoy this zany western show and let the characters know whether you like them, love them, or can’t stand the mere sight of them! Throw your popcorn at them, too! For more information about “Willie the Kid”, show times, and tickets, you may call the Nutt House at 817-279-1207.
