Fall Harvest Dinner at our North Texas Bed and Breakfast in Granbury

Come join us on Thursday October 21, 2010 or Sunday, October 23, 2010 for a five course gourmet dinner with wine pairings at our North Texas Bed and Breakfast in Granbury! Chef Asdren of Ruffino’s will present a menu that celebrates the best of the fall harvest in scrumptious preparations. The mushroom arancini with parmigiano reggiano paired with an extra dry Procecco is the perfect start to a fabulous meal that will include various dishes prepared with pumpkin, butternut squash, candied pecans, and sweet potatoes. The wine will flow from choices such as an Italian Chardonnay and a Sangiovese, Nebbiolo blend from Napa. A Frisee salad follows the first course, with chef made ravioli and Barolo braised short ribs rounding out the first four courses. The sticky toffee pudding is a tantalizing finish to this fabulous dinner.
