On November 15, 2011, the Inn on Lake Granbury will host the final cooking class of 2011. We are excited to have “Outlaw Chef” Terry Chandler of Fred’s Texas Café in Fort Worth,Texas!
The menu will include:
“Badlands” Pork Riblets
Chorizo Lentil Soup
Enchiladas Verdes (stacked chicken & cheese enchiladas with a fire roasted tomatillo sauce…); Elotes (Mexican corn pudding)
Buenjellos (a crispy, lemony, cinnamony, sugary sensation!)
The meal will be paired with the wine selections of Wade Sanders (The Cowtown Wine Dude) & will include sangria.
