Our North Texas Inn offers a Cooking Camp with Master Chef Wolfgang Weichert

Our North Texas Inn is hosting an exciting Cooking Camp on the weekend of July 13-15 with Master Chef Wolfgang Weichert. Join us for a 2 day Cooking Camp for guests of the Inn at Lake Granbury with internationally acclaimed Master Chef Wolfgang Weichert. Deemed ‘unflappable’ by the New York Times, Chef Wolfgang’s lifetime passion has been creating culinary masterpieces in venues that go well beyond the familiar hotel or restaurant.

Chef ‘Wolfi’ has served presidents in the White House, Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, and he has masterminded culinary presentations at the Masters Golf Tournament and NASA, where he cooked for astronauts at Cocoa Beach, Florida. All of us at our North Texas Inn are thrilled to present this exciting chef.

Chef ‘Wolfi’ has put together tantalizing menus which will include 5 meals over 2 days along with culinary instruction. Also included are a ‘meet & greet’ Friday evening with appetizers and live jazz music at our North Texas Inn.

On Saturday, in between cooking and dining, there will be a wine tasting event at the award-winning Barking Rocks Winery.
